Step one
Arranging your bloodwork..
If you have already had some bloodwork done, we can use those bloods if they are less then 6 months old and have all markers we require.
Once you have chosen your preferred program, you can simply email it to us to analyse.
If you haven't had any recent bloodwork done, we can arrange your bloodwork referral for you with our fast, easy ad streamline process.
Step three
The process..
Once you have chosen your program, you can choose your payment option - pay in full, payment plan or after-pay.
Once the payment link is complete, you will receive an email within 24 hours (please allow longer for weekends or public holidays).
This email will include the onboarding information, the next steps and intake/consultation forms for you to complete.

Choosing a program..
Choosing your preferred program. Further down this page you will see our program options.
We have a self led program which is most suited for someone who is already motivated, dedicated & will be consistent with your protocol. We suggest checking out the inclusions in our programs so you can see what will be best suited to you.
Our other program is for you if you are someone who wants or needs the on going support, you have access to Sim every week, weekly check ins, on going diet/nutrition amendments, training programs etc - the most value that comes from this program is the support & accountability to ensure you adhere to your protocol - this ensures you thrive & overcome your symptoms - our end goal.

We GUARANTEE answers.. because if you have symptoms, there is something out of balance and we will investigate until we find it.
We have a ONE WEEK turn around once your intake forms & bloodwork is received, we have your personalised protocol ready within 7 business days.
If we believe you need additional functional labs.
CONSULT
You’ll go over the intake form and process. Based on your symptoms, Sim will advise which test she recommends. We will generally always start with bloodwork which we can use your own tests (no more than 6 months old, or we can arrange new ones) Please check the program info to see if the investment for your bloods referral is included. (this excludes other lab tests - ie stool tests, which are very rarely needed)
ORDERING LABS
If Sim thinks you need to have further testing done, she will order the labs/stool test to be posted to your door. You will take the test and post them back to the lab. We will however start with your bloodwork while we wait for the results to come back, this way we can get a head start on your health and you on your way to feeling yourself again (or better).
BLOOD TESTS
We will always start with bloodwork, as this gives us a great picture of what "healing opportunities" you have and any imbalances. We use"optimal" ranges as well as up to date science/evidence based research to analyse and interpret bloodwork to get the most accurate results. We also see the human/individual in front of us to really personalise your experience. Once we have your bloodwork, Sim will have your protocol ready for you within one week (unless otherwise specified)
RESULTS
Once we have your results, we will go over your results results and create you a personalised protocol based on your results and what is manageable for you (the last thing we want is to add more stress or overwhelm to your life). The protocol will cover Diet, Rest, Exercise, Mindset, Stress Management (nervous system regulation) and supplementation.
